Check out Sizer from Brian Apps - a freeware program to resize any program window to a set size, such as 640 x 480 or 800 x 600. Or add custom sizes yourself. Ideal for testing web layouts. It can also reposition a window in various ways. Is this what should have been included in Windows all along?
