CSS Tests Updated

I've updated the CSS2 Test Suite Failures results to be fairer to browsers that almost pass the test. I also changed one result I wasn't happy about, namely the table-layout test. As far as I can tell now, all browsers pass this test, not fail it.
I also noticed that although Opera 7 passes the test for fixed positioning, it doesn't work with body {background-attachment: fixed;}. Although that's not part of the test, it's a shame as the code works for Mozilla 1.5.
